Three consultant surgeons control the Group and are the Group's major shareholders. They are Mr Isam Osman, a Consultant Vascular Surgeon, Mr David Rae, a Consultant Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeon and Mr Mark Bowditch, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.
