The SHL subsidiary companies utilise the skills of experienced and established Consultant Surgeons. SHL believes that a critical factor in its success is that it has been established by consultant Surgeons. All of the procedures offered by SHL are undertaken by consultants who have full accreditation in both Independent and National Health hospitals. Consultant medical staff cover a full range of surgical specialities and a number of medical specialities. There are over 600 consultants signed up to work with the Surgery Holdings Group. All members of the team are required to hold practice privileges for the facility that they are practising in, and to sign a service agreement with SHL.
